Everything was basic. Food, beer, and service were just ok. Our first time and most likely our last visit. The building and location were cool but that’s the only positive note. Food was very standard and nothing special.
Beer was very good. Had the red ale and the tripel. Tripel was exactly right on for the style. Our waiter was really too aggressive with trying to take our order right away. Some people want to relax. I'm not here for a waiter's convenience.
A go-to place with a buddy of mine. We always ask about their specials...the kitchen staff dreams up very creative combinations which have never disappointed. Most recently...grilled PB&J with bacon bits on sourdough...with great flavors all through. Classy place and they don't chase you out if you want to sit and talk.
