In a world where a good waiter or waitress is rare I'd have to say Carlos was top shelf. He never missed a beat . The steaks were perfectly cooked and for a Saturday seating was fast.
Longhorn is one of our favorite steakhouses. But not today. My wife got the Parmesan Chicken. This is always a great dish and today was no exception. And the sweet potato side we both got was great too. Our service was excellent as always. So why the food rating of 3 stars? The 12 oz ribeye steak I got was tough, lacked marbling, and was cooked medium although I asked for medium rare. Normally I get the 20 oz and it is great. But the 12 oz? Pass
I haven't been here in over 10yrs because I was not impressed the first couple times. I was taken here for my birthday and the food, service and atmosphere was amazing. So glad I decided to chance it
