“Tonight (09/29/24) my Fiance and I were trying to purchase dinner for a birthday event late after work; I placed this order at another location and had a terrible experience to say the least. We did not take the food but we did receive a credit from said store. Afterwards we had called the Beck LN location to see if they would transfer the credit seeing as we really didn’t want to use it at the store had a bad experience with. Unfortunately this is not their standard practice. However, after explaining what had happened the manager working tonight (Dylan) expressed extreme hospitality as well as a sincere apology & offered to remake our order at no cost of our own to provide a better experience. When we went in to pick up the food at Beck LN it was hot, made with love, and executed in a timely manner! Dylan even surprised us with cinnamon rolls! 10/10 the best experience I’ve had with a local restaurant in YEARS! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE ???
