tried the tenderloins at Roberts Americus restaurant in Americus $9.50 per tenderloin with sides extra. Excellent corn nuggets. the breaded tenderloin has a delicious well seasoned crust. unfortunately the tenderloin is so thin that's all you can taste is the breading. the grilled is also thin and completely lost in the bun so we tossed the bun and ate it plain. fries crispy outside, pillowy inside, just as we like them. slaw dry and a bit bitter. we'd return for the corn nuggets and skip the tenderloins. unfortunately they forgot the mayo and everything was in styrofoam.

Out waitress was very attentive and business orientated. The atmosphere was family orientated. The food good and there was plenty of it. I'll be back.

Parking: We came early and had no problem. Saturday is all you can eat day and it was worth it.

It took 40 mins to get my wife and son a soft drink, and I had to flag down a server.(I got a beer and mixed drink in the bar). I went and got the straws.
Food came out 1 hr and 5 mins after being there( my prime rib was perfect, sons chicken sammie was perfect wife's chopped steak was cold) then we told them they forgot appetizers, salad and Cole slaw. I went and got our own napkins.
So then appetizers come out(smelt and onion rings) were perfectly cooked.
Then my Cole slaw and wife's salad came out.
Worst service we have ever seen.
It's unfortunate BC the food is GREAT .
Won't be returning BC of the service. Was there for 2 hours and only 5 tables were being served with 2 servers when we arrived.

Great food and nice hometown feel. Very happy with our first and not our last They discriminate against people that require service animals.

A lovely little hometown restaurant between Lafayette and Delphi. Didn't have the killer tenderloin, the regular is, per Indiana usual, bigger than the bun. Great folks running the place. Plan there to be there for a minute.

We went there on a Sunday and we were pleased with the atmosphere and the menu had good choices. We will be going back. It is a rare gem and not that far out of Lafayette. Our food was very good!
