I had the club sandwich with fries and my husband had the steak sandwich. Both were very good and fresh. The French fries had a seasoning that made it so you dont need anything else. Don't make it this way very often but when we come back this way we will definitely be back to TC's.
Very happy with everything about this place. Had prime rib, special potato (a must) and slaw. Plus beverages Service was GREAT.
Thursday night is prime rib. Very good. Makes sure you get reservations. Ribeye was rather grisly, flavor made of for that.

TC's Restaurant & Tavern is a hidden gem in the small town of Battleground, IN, known for its excellent steaks and fantastic service. The charming, divey atmosphere features walls adorned with old sports photos, making it a cozy spot for hearty meals. Despite its hole in the wall appearance, the food is awesome, with generous portions and great prices. Popular dishes include the ribeye, sirloin steak, catfish sandwich, pork chop, and boneless country ribs. Reservations are recommended on busy nights, as the restaurant can get packed. The wait staff is patient and accommodating, allowing for quick Togo orders even on busy Saturdays. While the food is hot and flavorful, guests should be prepared for a bit of a wait, as TC's prioritizes quality over speed. Overall, it's a great restaurant with plenty of options for beef, pork, chicken, and vegetarian dishes, making it worth a visit for anyone in the area, including those from Lafayette or West Lafayette.
