Subway in Lafayette

“The store was extremely cold, but it was very clean as well. There was one employee in the store when we stopped. They were very quiet and hard to hear. They weren't unfriendly, but not friendly either. Our sandwiches were correct and tasted good.“

“Loud music that we requested to be turned down. It was turned down, but it continued to have louder moments that interfered with our conversation. I asked to turn it off and was told that the manager said it could not be turned off. The music itself was not appropriate for a general customer base.“

“I was having trouble with my online order and the manager there. Krystal or Crystal, dunno how it was spelt, but she help me make the order cheaper ontop of being friendly and had a good conversation, we both agreed that there should be a way to pay for an online in store, will definitely be coming back“

“i was driving through town tonight on a road trip and stopped here and the young man named Ayden who made my sub was very respectful and did a amazing job at helping me out tonight and made me a lifelong subway fan. Workers like him don’t come around often he deserves a raise!“

“Ordered a footlong steak and cheese and had NO MEAT on the sub. My daughter ordered a sandwich and got no lettuce even when she ordered extra lettuce. Delivery was smooth though. Worst experience ever! Last time they put onions and green peppers when I specifically asked for none. When we called the lady who "made" the sandwiches started to argue with us and said it was Door Dash's fault. It was clearly not. IMO this is NO way to serve your customers. Customers beware.“

“Served by:22771 @11:25! This guy was amazing! So sweet and talkative! I didn’t catch his name sadly but he put my boyfriend and I in a fanatic mood! He was a hard worker I could tell! Also if he is in charge of the music then let me tell you he was playing some fantastic music very family friendly environment with him there! I felt so great and he made some AMAZING sandwiches! Bread was baked perfectly and everything actually tasted fresh! We need more kind people like his working!“
