Had a minor issue, but JUSTIN seriously went above and beyond! I just had a bad experience at a Taco Bell in Kokomo (where I'm from) and I didn't have a terrible experience necessarily this time, it's the fact that he wasn't telling me the hoops to jump through he took it upon himself to fix it. It's easier to count how often they get my order wrong in the drive thru than it is to count the number of times they get it right. Wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous as well. There was even one Saturday night at 9pm where they ran out of beef. How is that possible for such a huge chain of restaurants?

The tacos were more full than they had been in prior visits. I can't be upset about the price in our current economy, and they totally outfit me with fire sauces. Throw your window guy a fiver in cash next time. He works for a living too!
