They no longer have a menu for people to look at without having to use some kind of computer first. I mean, some people have trouble with computers or can not work a computer. They should at least have something like a laminated menu for people who have trouble working a computer. McDonald's still has a menu people can look at, and so does Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Arby's. They should at least have something that people can look at without having to look...
The menu is a double-edge sword. They put things on and off menu so often that it's sometimes hard to keep up with what you like. I can go constantly, then certain items will be discontinued and I don't go for a month or so. On the other hand, there are new things rotating through every month. Everything is always tasty and made to order. Drive up line is long, but online ordering and faster online order Lane is the way to go.
Most of the time the staff is pretty decent majority of the time but who ever was working the night of 08/16-17/2024 around 2am deserves some pto because they were doing their best to severe people and I witnessed a few people getting shitty with them for things out of their control. They were extremely apologetic for the wait even though you could tell they were tired. They deserve better.
