I haven't been to a KFC to eat in for some time, but if you are going to make people pay at the counter with cash, having a kiosk to order on is counterproductive. I stood there for quite a while before anyone ever noticed I was there to pay. The employee seemed put out by it, and I had ordered it to eat in, but it was bagged up as if I ordered it to go. Staff is very polite. Had a hard time finding a place to sit though, due to the fact that there were cleaning supplies (mop, bucket, etc) on 2 of the booths and on the other booth were dead flies. This is a food establishment, the customers should not be looking at flies while they are eating! Totally gross!

Clean inside. Employees are not paying attention to customers so watched many people just leave that needed assistance. Ordering on the kiosk is not simple and doesn’t offer whole menu.
