Waited 20 minutes for food that was already done sat inside for 10 minutes no employee at the front and other employees just hiding in the back on their phones went through the drive thru just to get “your orders been ready” maybe you guys should focus on serving the customers that pay your check instead of doom scrolling on your phone
Each time I have went to this Taco Bell it’s either too slow or my food is so soggy that it’s disgusting. Grease on everything including the bottom of the bag. Makes my stomach turn just thinking about it. Either they need to do better or they need people that can actually do their job right. Stop putting soggy food on the bottom of the bag. Change things up. Do something better cause it’s getting worse. 🤢
