Good morning
I was extremely disappointed today to walk into Dunkin today and overhear the people in the drive through and making coffee using profanity and talking about spitting in people's drinks.
Thank God I was actually in store watching my drinks being made.
As a small business owner myself I found this to be grossly unacceptable.
The team working the rear area should be fired or reprimanded and coached.
