Good pizza and service! Linelle and Ava took care of me, generously upgrading my order after getting seconds, as well as letting me take my time to relax and enjoy the food after a very tiresome trip. This was a pleasant experience, and their pizza was pretty tasty (especially the second batch with the softer crust) !๐Ÿ•

Today makes the second time I have gotten food from the Nutter Fort location. The food here is delicious and the employees are very nice. The first time I got food here there was a mix up, but the manager resolved the issue well and was very professional. My order from today was prepared perfectly and I am very happy with it. The Chicago deep dish is excellent, as well as the bbq chicken pizza, and the Dutch crumble dessert pizza. I'm happy to have a new restaurant come to Nutter Fort and I will be a returning customer.

Such great pizza! We are new to the area. We were recently in Chicago and this pizza was SO much better than what we ate there. The ingredients were all fresh and flavorful. We will be ordering again, SOON! Best pizza we have had in a long time.

Was in the area, had been years since we've had it. Carry out an pep and PBJ. Both were great and better than I had remembered!

Showed up for buffet but found they didnโ€™t have a buffet on Saturdays. Ordered a pizza to take home with a chef salad. Iโ€™ve never ordered from them before, Iโ€™m normally a Papa Johnโ€™s fan but so glad I ordered from East of Chicago. It was the best pizza Iโ€™ve had in a long time.

Update edit; Hereโ€™s a rewritten version of the 5 star review I had posted previously due to today's experience. I have been coming to this location for years and have usually had a positive experience. However, today was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rudeness and condescension from the staff member helping me. She seemed irritated from the start, repeatedly asking me to repeat myself even though I was speaking clearly and asking reasonable questions about the menu.

Unfortunately, instead of answering my questions, she became visibly frustrated. As a result, I placed an order for a pizza expecting a deep dish or pan style, but later learnedโ€”after receiving my orderโ€”that those options werenโ€™t available with the size I selected. Thatโ€™s something I tried to clarify when ordering, but she wouldnโ€™t explain.

When I asked for a remake of the pizza, she put in the request but then attempted to charge me again. I had already paid nearly $30 for a pizza I didnโ€™t want, and was shocked to be asked to pay another $20 for a second one when the issue couldโ€™ve been avoided with better communication up front.

To make matters worse, I was sitting in the dining room and was never informed when the pizza was ready. By the time I realized it and walked up, it had been sitting there so long it was barely warm and had gone soggy.

When I asked to speak to a manager, she curtly told me she was the manager. I then asked for the ownerโ€™s contact information and was refused.

Because Iโ€™ve had many good experiences here over the years, Iโ€™m not going to tell people to stop going. But I will say this: be sure to ask questions about the menu, double-check that your order is clearly understood, and wait up front for your foodโ€”because it likely wonโ€™t be brought to your table or announced.

I still enjoy the pizza when itโ€™s hot and fresh, but the customer service today was unacceptable. I've never been so upset and disappointed before. I hope the staff, especially those in management roles, receive proper training. If someone doesnโ€™t enjoy working with the public, they probably shouldnโ€™t be in customer service.

I hope the owner responds to this review.
