Needs adult supervision. Just young people being young people in the back. Playing around, being loud. Not even paying any attention to the fact that we were waiting for service. Had to wait for them to quiet down a bit before Serenity finally came to take our order, still laughing. Was charged for my water along with my meal, as if it was a drink item. Absolutely horrible business, went to get ice cream a couple days ago and waited 50 minutes in the drive thru. Thought it might just have been a bad night and now here it is again 30 mins wait and just left along with many other unsatisfied people. This kind of service and your lucky if they apologize, those wait times you should get a discount to cover your time. Needs serious improvements. Hope this can get fixed soon.
