Out of roast beef um wow. This has happened 2 times. The guy at drive thru only said we are out of roast beef over and over. Would NOT listen. Very rude.
We ordered inside. The girl that took our order was very sweet. They called for another person's order and as she passed me she said you might as well sit down, we've been waiting 15 minutes for two sandwiches. Another elderly gentleman was standing there and he said they must be running slow today. After we sat at our table for about 15-20 minutes they called our name. I was thinking ours was held up because it was fish and hopefully fresh and hot. What we got was a cold crispy fish sandwich and lukewarm curly fries. Subpar mear at best. I love the crispy fish but wasn't impressed at all today

Well the dinner was supposed to be open it was closed and it wasn't ever 9pm and drive-thru was a mess
I stopped by Arby's yesterday to get free sandwich. I had gotten a coupon in the mail and was determined to use it.
The biggest complaint I have of this place is that it's so slow. After waiting 5 to 10 minutes in a 4 or 5 car line that hadn't moved at all I left. I was in a hurry for work thinking 10 minutes to spare was enough time. I was wrong.
The next day having more spare time i successfully attempted this time to get my sandwich. For amusement I timed my wait in a 4 car line which moved somewhat faster than the day before. Total time 14 minutes and 17 seconds. Pitiful!
The food tasted fresh and warm and this satiated my annoyance. The staff were nice and clean and polite.
Arby's I've always found to be quality food but they take a long time and this has not changed at the local location.

I hadn't been to Arby's in like 15 years. So when I pulled in the parking lot and there were like 6 cars in the drive thru I was like "damn Arby's be kinda hoppin! Surely this won't take more than 10 minutes or so." 46 MINUTES later I got my order. I pulled into the parking lot at 5:35pm. I left with my order (one sandwich) 46 MINUTES LATER at 6:21pm. Brothers and sisters I wish I was exaggerating, but the only reason I stayed in that line was because I was feeling optimistic. I'm sorry to admit I was wrong to feel that way. I will never patronize this Arby's again. Or any Arby's. Probably ever again. Please listen when I tell you, there is a REASON this place is always empty. This place is so understaffed it is clear and evident the owners of this establishment DO NOT CARE about its future. The poor employees did the best they could but it is clear this place is mismanaged beyond repair. Hilariously, every other car behind me in line left without service, even the folks behind me who were lucky enough to get their order taken. Gyro was good tho.

I took my family here because we were having a special treat which we do not get to do very often and when we parked in the parking lot to eat in the car as a family without being around everybody the fries were extremely hard and not able to be eaten. The person who took our order was very short and just rude with us.

I visited the Madison,IN Arby's yesterday and pulled up to the drive through speaker. The first thing the employee said was "We are currently out of roast beef" Seriously? Roast Beef is the main menu item at Arbys yet they were out of it? How does that even happen? It would be like going to KFC and them telling you they are out of chicken! I don't understand why they were even open if they were out of roast beef. The most annoying part about it is that I drove around 20 miles from Versailles to eat there. (Versailles has a limited selection of restaurants compared to Madison) I ended up going to Rally's and the food was great, the service was fast and it was a whole lot cheaper than Arbys would have been.
