My daughter and I went to downtown Madison to Christmas shop. I really didn’t want to drive up the hill and out of downtown for lunch, but it was worth the mile or two. The service was EXTREMELY friendly. The chef even opened the kitchen door in back where we parked to keep us from walking thru rain to front door. The salads were crispy fresh, selection was abundant and the sauce and toppings delicious. The pizza crust light and baked to perfection. We will be back!

First time here and will definitely be back! The Richie Valens was awesome. The service is most excellent, but if you like a great pie, here’s your place in Madison!

The owner takes pride in customer service, often engaging with guests. For seating, arriving early is wise or one should expect to wait, but takeout is also a great option. The restaurant is known for its diverse and fun menu, accommodating different tastes, including vegan cheese and vegetarian options. Brittany's is highly recommended for its fresh pizzas, with basil literally growing outside the door. While it may not look special from the road, the best service and food make it a must-visit when in Madison. They even have a lunch special that can't be beat.
