Crystal was extremely rude. It's very hard to hear when there is alot going on and I ended up with a French fry I definitely didn't want. Went to let them know and the girl at the register was extremely nice so this is not left in regards to her.......but to crystal there was no need for the pitiful attitude and they honestly were the best frys to begin with. Had I head the girl repeat my order I would have fixed it. Ice cream was amazing but your customer service sucked!!!! Very annoyed ?

We stopped by after riding the motorcycle. The sundaes were delicious, after a hot humid ride, from Kentucky! The service was great! We'll definitely go back!
Parking: Parking in the front is a little limited but there's plenty of surrounding parking.

If you like soft serve ice cream then you will like this place. For me, it's fine by itself, but making combined options like shakes and brain freezes(like DQ blizzards), it gets too sugary. For example, you only taste vanilla in their cherry shake because the ice cream is so sweet it overpowers the cherry syrup. The employees are really friendly and their is almost always a line on a sunny day, which is a testament to their popularity.

Get the waffle bowl! One blackberry sundae and one caramel sundae. Both were fantastic! The line was long when we pulled up but they are fast and we didn't wait long.

The waitress took my order, and I changed my mind. I told the waitress to take off the first item. I picked up my food and the waitress told me you paid for it. It's your food. I did not appreciate the comment, especially when I told her to remove the item.
