Came in with my family one Saturday night recently and the server we had was very rude. I think her name was Brittany but im not completely sure. She basically ran over my father who is very old when he got up to use the bathroom, and didn’t even stop to apologize or say excuse me. We sat for at least 20 to 30 minutes to get our food order in.. and not only that but she rarely checked in on us to see if we needed refills or anything. My friends and I tried Mad Paddle for lunch yesterday and were not disappointed!! The food was amazing and our waitress, Kerri, was phenomenal! Excellent food and customer service! We will definitely be back!
We were staying in Madison stopped at Mad Paddle Brewstillery for lunch! Awesome atmosphere and friendly staff! Ordered pretzels and then was told Wellington was a favorite. We both ordered the Wellington and both would highly recommend. Wade and Brittany were both awesome! We will be back.
