When the person at the window doesn't flip your Blizzard take that as a sign that you shouldn't do it either. Definitely didn't melt this much on my 5 minute drive home.

Tasty treats but frustrating that half the times the on app discounts with scan redeed won't scan and rewards points on receipt were claimed before we could scan on phone. Also wish this store was full menu and would do thick blizzards. They won't do the upside down delivery.

I came here to pick up an in app (DQ) order and the cashier claimed they didn't have my order. I showed them my app and proof of purchase and they just brushed me off. They made my order unconvinced i actually paid. They then handed me a soupy min i blizzard with all the mix-ins sitting on top, cold queso dip and pretzel sticks completely soaked in butter... to top it all off was the napkins wadded up into intentional balls inside my bag. Im extremely disappointed and disgusted. I won't be back.

Last week, I went through the drive thru to pick up 2 mocha moolattés. When I got to the window, I handed the young girl my debit card. She handed me my 2 drinks and my card back to me. She didn't speak to me. Nothing... not even thank you. The mocha moolattes looked different than usual and were very runny. I left and was drinking mine on my way home. It did not taste like the drink I ordered at all. I figured it was just me but when my husband drank his, he said it tasted wrong too. So, then tonight, I decided to go inside to get a sundae to go. I stood at the counter and watched 3 girls walk past me talking to each other. I stood there for a few minutes, then walked out. Not one employee acknowledged I was even at the counter. I was the only patron inside, and only 1 car in the drive thru. (I know this because I was going to go drive thru but decided to go in because of the last drive thru situation. I drove around the building and then parked). Marc Dionne needs to train his employees or hold them accountable for poor service. Looks like I will take a trip down the hill and go to Milton DQ from now on.

Ordered a blizzard this evening and it was so runny. Like dripping off our spoons. When asked if they do the “upside down test” employees stared blankly and said they don’t do it here. Employees were rude with terrible customer service.

They was rude and couldn't even make a chocolate extreme blizzard right so I had them make me another and it came out the same way 😡

Not very good I ordered the brownie and Oreo dessert and he reached into the refrigerator and pulled the brownie out with his bare hands and I do not know where is hands have been. That is just disgusting and I know you should have gloves there since you sell food. And I refused to have my friend pay for this and I told them they need to return the money.

Past few times we have tried going the blizzards are so liquidy, you can barely use a spoon. We kept going thinking it was a fluke, but it has been like this each time. Not sure if the machines need adjusted or what.

We went to DQ yesterday for food & ice cream, (chicken strips & French fries) Surprise the only food is a hot dog with different toppings. We got small blizzards. They were over full, running down the sides, a total mess. They were also almost$10. It definitely wasn't worth it. We went in to get our food. I would've been very upset if I was given this message at the drive thru. Didn't they used to give them to you upside down or it was free? Ours wouldn't have survived that trick. Ice cream was really good tho.
