Nice menu, excellent service and very reasonable. Everything was tasty. If I had a criticism, the sauces and salsas were a bit mild. Spice is very regional, and also needs to cater to the audience, so I'm ok with that. I'll be back next time we're in town.

My mom and I had a wonderful first experience at Diego's! We were just passing through Madison and stopped here for dinner. We ordered the vegetarian fajitas, asked for a few modifications, and the staff were happy to accommodate our requests. The fajitas, rice, and beans were all delicious! Generous portions for a reasonable price. Excellent service too! Our server Erin was attentive, helpful, and friendly.
Vegetarian options: The menu has a section of "vegetarian specialties" with meatless options like veggie fajitas, bean burritos, and veggie quesadillas. Staff were also willing to leave off cheese and sour cream to accommodate a vegan diet.
Great food. We’ll be back 5 stars. ⭐️
