This reataurant could be so much better. The decor relies on a bunch of taxidemied animals up by the ceiling. All I can think is that they must be very dusty after all these years. Food is ok. Bar was recently expanded but isn't much to look at. The whole place is just adequate.
We loved the big game hunting atmosphere with all the stuffed and mount animals through out the restaurant. Parking is plentiful and convenient. Service was very good as was the food that is competitively priced. I had the breaded cod sandwich with a loaded baked potato and my wife enjoy her blackened salmon.
Pretty disappointed in our experience here. We went during a week with lots of rain. They had a leak that was dripping on several tables. Tried to move to a dryer booth but the seat was so greasy I didn’t want to sit there either. Finally seated we had a new waitress that had no knowledge of the food or menu. I ordered fried chicken, it was highlighted on the menu so I took that to mean it was a specialty. It turned out to be four small pieces of what I assume was food service...
