Mobile ordering has totally ruined this place. What used to take 7 to 10 minutes just to get and drink now takes 20 to 25 cause they worry about the mobile orders and not the people who take the time to come inside. Place needs more help as well. Usually just 2 employees working most the time, at times up to 3. Extremely slow from ordering to getting your drink. If you're going to continue this pace just make it pick up only.

I'm a high-school student at mchs, and I was looking fora sweet treat for myself before I had to go to practice for theatre. I found H.O.S. and I am more than satisfied!! It's such a cozy place! The customer service is so great it blew me away. I told the girl who was taking my order that it was my first time over there, and she said she'd pay for the drink I got!!! Only about 6 dollars, but it did make my day for sure. I recommend the Hawaiian lotus, it's amazing!
We were passing through town and stopped by, I never leave reviews but was impressed with their kindness, the coffee was good, store had a nice vibe and baked goods looked very good. This would be my go to if I lived in the area.

I’m an unsweet coffee snob. This place consistently makes the best lattes I’ve ever had. Not sure what magic is in the milk steamer here but I’ve gone mad trying to figure it out for myself when I’m away from Hanover over the summers.
