I have been here twice & had a really great experience - with the environment, food/drinks & especially the service. The young man working Friday noticed that I wasn't drinking much of my whole milk latte (it was so pretty I didn't want to switch it out for oat milk) that he made me a whole new, oat milk latte with perfect latte art. I really appreciated him going above & beyond.

Severely understaffed for a Saturday morning. Waited over 30 minutes and had to cancel part of our order bc they hadn’t even started and we were late for homecoming activities.

I am a HOS girl through and through! Love the place, love the coffee, enjoy the people, they are so kind and know me by name in Madison. Amazing place and I am thankful they are here! I hate to give a bad review and I’m late at posting it. The last fritter I got was on Saturday , but I’m only doing it in hopes of change for the beloved donuts especially the apple fritter! Sadly, the last 3 times I got the apple fritter and cinnamon swirl they were not good. My swirl was flat as paper and my fritters have been thin, smaller and crunchy. The apple fritter is the best donut in town at HOS so to say I was disappointed is an understatement. Whatever you were doing about donuts before.. do that again please! For what I was receiving I did not mind spending the price ( they are a bit steep) but because they were such great donuts i thought it was definitely worth it. I look forward to an excellent apple fritter soon! 🤞🏼🤞🏼

Hos Coffee is a fun little local coffee shop. They are buzzing with business and a comforting atmosphere to study, meet with friends, or just relax.🥰 Their coffee was fantastic! I got their hot mocha latte with whip cream and it is (thick and heavy homemade style whip cream not the kind you get in a spray can from the store). I did not have any of their food or pastries but they all looked and smelled amazing. They also looked very fresh. The music was a bit loud for me as it can be hard to hear people talking or to study if music distracts you but I like that they play music. If you're going through the area, I recommend stopping by this cute little coffee shop! ☺️❤️☕️

Mobile ordering has totally ruined this place. What used to take 7 to 10 minutes just to get and drink now takes 20 to 25 cause they worry about the mobile orders and not the people who take the time to come inside. Place needs more help as well. Usually just 2 employees working most the time, at times up to 3. Extremely slow from ordering to getting your drink. If you're going to continue this pace just make it pick up only.
