My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday, it went well. They loved the Kids play area. The kids got happy meals. The only problem is they picked mystery toy and still got the other toy.

I would leave none of I could the service from what it used to be when chandlers owned it has gone straight to crap. Can’t call the number to complain about my egg McMuffin not having any meat because it goes to there fax line. Can’t complain about my hash brown they forgot either. The service used to be wonderful. But now is quickly declining. No one cares anymore about there jobs they just want a paycheck.

This McDonald's has one of the smallest parking lots I've been in! It's always busy & the drive-thru is almost backed up to the highway half the day. Despite how busy they are, the staff are friendly & ready to assist at a moment's notice. We went through the drive-through instead of curbside because all the spaces were full. It didn't take us too long to get through though. Then, after we ordered & we're pulling away from the speaker, some random lady mean-mugged 😡 me as she cut me off & went ahead of me. They had her pull up to window 3. I told my sister it would be funny if we got our food before her...we did 🤣 so when we pulled out, I looked over with a smirk & waved toodaloo 👋
I normally order through the app, have the food delivered to my car, and things usually go smoothly. Today, they didn't. Today the information in the app was incorrect; the deal was a medium fry and a medium soft drink with a $2 purchase. However, when I placed my order, which was well over $2, the fries didn't show up. On top of that, when I arrived at my location in Madison, the app blanked and I couldn't input my parking spot. So when I went inside to get my order and explained the issue, the store manager kindly replaced my sandwich AND included the fries. Thank you for showing grace and taking care of an unhappy customer!

Tea should not be cloudy! The machine is either dirty, sanitizer was left in the machine or it was mixed with old tea. This needs to be corrected. I do not drink soft drinks or other surgery drinks. I also tested the sweet tea for appearance and it was weak like water and still cloudy. This also needs to be corrected.
