Me and my wife do agree the pizza is good, We have no interest in ordering anything from the Papa Johns in Madison Indiana. The past four times we called to get a couple to of pizzas and bread sticks. We called to tell we said we would pay with our debit card. The manager gets on the, we are shocked by her smug, hateful attitude, she argued with us, treating us with sarcasm, once we understand as she may have been very busy. But we were treated like we were bothering her. The past 4 times we ordered for delivery. We have not ordered from Papa Jons in 5 months and we don't know if we will order Papa Jons again.

Ordered 3 pizzas, one should have been pepperoni but was bacon and sausage when it arrived. Called to let them know and they said, " no, you Ordered bacon" so instead of providing any type of customer service they chose to blow me off. I paid for a pizza I didn't order and had to throw out because we don't like bacon on pizza. Last time we order from papa johns.

By far the worst tasting, overpriced shitty pizza in town. Delivery charge, plus tip, and they still screwed up the order. Box was left on side porch, partially opened, and forgot the 2 liter. A real hassle calling to get a credit.

Former employee here. The owner of this place is legitimately crazy. Terminated me on spot for wanting the cheesesticks to have to proper amount of cheese and then standing up for myself after i "talked back". All she sees is green.
