Looked online and says open until midnight-dining room, show up and on the door says open until 10(I'm pretty sure), but at 745 they already have their doors locked. Ot h first time, they close whenever they feel like it. It's no way to do business especially when your supposed to be part of a franchise. I understand things happen, people call in but that is a management issue and shouldn't be a customer issue. And the manager at the windows was incredibly rude, even tho I was polite and didn't even ask about why it was closed, just ordered my cold old fries and stale bun burger. Fun

Went there after work for something quick. Usually don't mind that the food isn't the most fresh , but went here around 10:30pm and it was kind of busy for so late. Ordered a saucy nug and got a do-it-yourself nug, idk, maybe they stopped serving saucy nugs but instead of giving me 3-4 sauce packets and some nuggets, they should have said that. My burger was medium warm and found a long blonde hair in it about half way through. food here is almost never fresh, always tastes like rock bottom. workers were fast and polite tho.

I wouldn't recommend going here. A few days ago they wouldn't even answer the drive through microphone, and made me wait 10 minutes when no-one else was there I had to leave. Just tonight I went there they said wait a minute which is fine after 3 minutes I said hello with no response. Then I said again is there anyone there, and they yell give me a minute again WITH ONLY 1 OTHER CUSTOMER THERE! Very unprofessional costumer service. It isn't like they're ever busy or I'd understand. This is always at 10:30-11:30pm.

It literally said the drive-thru was open till 1am and we pulled up to start ordering. The lady legitimately answered the drive-thru microphone and said “hi, order whenever you’re ready” and my friend started ordering her food and obviously you would expect them to say “you want just the sandwich or combo” but no. WE WERE SAT THERE FOR 10.MINUTES. Ten minutes too long with absolute silence. We said hello multiple times bc like duh if no one’s answering after saying that WE COULD ORDER OUR FOOD. However, nothing NOTHING. So, we just decided ok let’s pull up to the window. Let me just say, OTHER PPL DROVE THROUGH AND ORDERED FOOD TOO. We get up there to the first window…no one is there… like hello? You were just on the mic talking to us. Then we’re like ok, let’s pull up to the second window. THERE WAS LITERALLY SOMEONE SITTING THERE SO THEY HEARD US SAY HELLO MULTIPLE TIMES and he was just sitting there on his phone not gaf.

I came in at 10:30 to get lunch on a Saturday morning. It was just me and another car in front of me. I ordered a Dave's Double. Not only did it take 12 minutes to get the burger, but it ended up being a burger the size of a slider. I paid over $7 for a slider. I'm never coming back to this location.
