Amateurs selling bread wrapped in plastic and sweating in the sun drawing moisture to create mold and bacteria . BUYER BEWARE THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Any self respecting baker with knowledge and experience should know better. Serious heath risk that the health department should investigate but they are just as stupid. Just look at the moisture in their pkg at the farmers market .. loaves sweating in the sun creating a petri dish of sickness. Do better or get out...read full review
