“1st issue. My drinks were not available in the app. Store personnel said it happens. Showed her my phone to replicate my orders. Specifically stated 1 blonde roast in the grande and 2 blonde roast in my venti.
Order came out as 2 grandes. Ouch. Then my partner says there's no blonde in her drink. She didn't want it. I taste my grande, same way. Pretty bummed. Spent $16 for both drinks and I was forced to drink them both.
Not good. Tho, they did call my name out for both drinks, a plus. But still minus in lots of ways.
