The pan francés, which I've had on multiple occasions, consistently tastes old and lacks the freshness you'd expect from a bakery. It's quite disappointing to see no improvement in this aspect.Moreover, I noticed that the staff making the bread do not use gloves or hats to cover their hair. This lack of basic hygiene practices is concerning and definitely something that needs to be addressed. A bakery should prioritize cleanliness and food safety, and El Globo Bakery falls short in this regard.To make matters worse, the cashiers were quite rude during my visit. Friendly customer service is crucial for a pleasant experience, and the attitude of the staff left much to be desired.Overall, while the bakery has potential, these issues with freshness, hygiene, and customer service significantly detract from the overall experience. I hope they make the necessary changes to improve.“

“We have gone here a ridiculous amount the past few months. The staff are always so nice and we love their pan dulce. Our favorites are the quesadillas (which are sweet and similar to angel food cake in texture) and their large orejas dipped in chocolate - SO good! Their cakes are phenomenal as well. We have tried the oreo tres leches and mocha tres leches, which were both so tasty. The mocha has a thin layer of fruit filling and another layer of nuts, which made this our favorite. Such a nice mix of textures! They also have pre-packaged boxes of their small cookies which I’ve taken to work and people have raved about those too. Highly recommend!“

“I just picked up 4 pies and 24 Fresh baked dinner rolls! Lord have mercy the dinner rolls and the pies smelled so good! The pies were wrapped beautifully with red bows! The dinner rolls smelled so good that we’ve already started eating them. They are Absolutely Delicious! Opps, they were supposed to be for Thanksgiving tomorrow! “Their pastries are delicious! Always made fresh daily. Huge variety of pastries and cookies!These took a hit during transportation home. But it doesn't change the flavor. The Bavarian creme pastry has smooth and creamy flavor while not being overly sweet. These donuts are huge compared to name brand donut places. The churros are filled with a raspberry jam (or what I believe is jam). Slightly tart but that what I want in a raspberry jam. The Danish has a glaze that gives the pastry a sweetness to satisfy any sweet tooth. And the cannoli has a sweet cream filling with each end being dipped chopped pecans topped with chocolate sauce. The cannoli itself is crisp. Great contrast of texture. Prices are very reasonable. They also sell cakes, which I look forward to trying someday.“
