Killer oatmeal cookie. Hands down. Jen the owner is sooo friendly and helpful.
As a fellow baker- I like to travel and sample intriguing things to fuel my creativity and this bakery was just the stop. I purchased a simple four pack- 2 sweet corn cookies and 2 apricot lavender white chocolate cookies. Although subtle in expectations, the way the corn pops of the palate is deliciously unexpected in the best way. The tiramisu was amazing, the best I ever had. My friend got a latte, she really loved it. She had coffee cake and enjoyed it. The gentleman that served us(I believe the owner) came to our table and checked on us. Very friendly. Made us feel like we were regulars, it was our first time there but not our last.

4 Birds Bakery (Production Facility) is a family-run & owned bakery offering fresh, delicious, mouth watering goods. Everything is handcrafted and homemade but better. Their sour cream biscuits are amazing, soft inside, crunchy on the outside. The cookies are simply delicious, always fresh, with favorites including salted chocolate chip and oatmeal maple pecan. Their GF peanut butter cookies are simply the best, and the brownies and blondies are also favorites. A breakfast sandwich from the farmers market was a flavor explosion with a top-notch English muffin. The bakery has a clean and modern industrial feel and smells amazing. Customer service is even better than the food. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. After a mix up with an order, the staff walked through everything and how ingredients were locally sourced. Even when closed, the staff offered to get an order ready. Food safety is important for those with allergies, and 4 Birds puts customers at ease. Parking is directly in front of the shop, though it can be tricky on the first visit but very well worth it.
