Just spent $32 dollars on food from Hardee's, 2 big hot ham and cheese sandwiches as part of order, cheese not even melted.
Both orders of fries stone cold as well. This is my last visit to Hardee's. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Use to be my favorite place to eat. The business has definitely hit a new low.
Ordered a big box with added veggies on the sandwiches. All were wrong and got charged over a buck for just veggies. Confronted the manager. She told me its my fault that I didn't confirm the correct order, I did correct it. It isn't ordered that way on the receipt, yes it is I have the receipt. And I am now banned from the restaurant for just trying to get the food I ordered. Very rude, unprofessional and offensive. I was called immature, a liar and stupid. Did not want...read full review
