This Starbucks should be shut down if they cannot operate with a Starbucks barista or can’t make the coffee you order. They are always having some malfunction with equipment, always out of ingredients and now they can’t even make the coffee we ordered! Where do you get hazelnut out of Venti White mocha ?? Can’t rate anything else besides service because this Starbucks is never open during their posted hours & their baristas who just stare at you as you walk towards them at 7:15 to then snarkily tell you they aren’t open.

Baristas are rude, they are never open and last time I went I asked for an iced white mocha and the “barista” working said she didn’t know how to make it but could look it up in the training book but it would take her awhile. They are always sorely understaffed and machines are broken all the time. Go anywhere else (mt comfort, Pendleton pike or fishers) for your needs at a stand alone store.
