Stopped by this store to grab a bite to eat. When I placed my order I was informed that they were out of the tenders for the sliders I wanted. No big deal it happens, so I proceed to order other items. When it came time to pay, the young man tells me that since y'all were out of chicken sliders, and he could tell how much I was looking forward to them, he chose to give me his employee discount and covered my order. Mistakes happen, and it’s how they’re handled that matters.
Josh and I went through the drive-thru and ordered two #2s, but accidentally received two #1s. We didn’t realize it until we got home. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the food—I just don’t like the cheese sauce and red sauce that come on the Beef ’n Cheddar.

I was kinda disappointed for once. Normally Arby's does pretty good. But today there was so many mistakes by the staff. The curly fries have clearly been sitting for a long time. They were horrible. My dog wouldn't eat them. I ordered a roast beef sandwich no bun. Simple right. Just the meat. I got the bun. I asked for horsey sauce she even messed that up giving me Arby's sauce.
