The meal for 2 for $24.99 was a fair price. We ordered online and chose curbside delivery. The only two issues that we had was that they didn't read the special request section when I asked for no mushrooms on my meal for dietary reasons and the other was that we waited about 20 minutes past the scheduled time that we were supposed to be picking it up. I didn't see any other cars in the parking lot, so maybe it was just a one time thing. The person that brought our order...

I have always liked Bob Evans but this particular day there was a young lady there by the name of Shay Davis. She was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely knowledgeable and personable with everyone that she came in contact with. My order was correct, hot and very enjoyable. Because of Ms. Shay I will definitely be back to this location and tell everyone that I know about this location. She should be moved up to General Manager because she definitely knows her stuff.

Coffee was cold and gravy was thin and watery. We told the waitress and she told the manager. The manager came to our table and got us new hot coffee and thick gravy. She threw out the other gravy. Kudos to the waitress for bringing it to the managers attention.
