the worst customer service ever. order 2 beach clubs, not made correctly. Called and was told had to bring back for an exchange. Really???
No offer for a credit for future purchase, nothing. It's not like they were busy, no cars in lot no one in drive thru. What a joke. This is how the beach club I was given, second picture from JJ FB is what it they claim it should be. Do Better Jimmy John's

Always make the sandwiches perfect!
Went here while traveling with my dog on our way to out to Montana. Place was clean, employees were friendly, happy to help, and my meal was delicious!

Jimmy John's is a popular spot for a quick lunch or dinner. While customer service can be hit or miss, with some employees being friendly and others appearing disinterested, the restaurant's speedy service remains a major plus. Some customers have noted that sandwiches may not come out hot, but everything is cold, while others have praised the friendly staff. Despite some inconsistencies, Jimmy John's remains a go-to option for a fast and convenient meal. The staff often try to make the visit pleasant, with one employee named Mike receiving praise for his enthusiasm and friendliness. Delivery service is generally on time, though some have experienced issues such as tough sandwiches and uncut food, which can be inconvenient. Customers have also mentioned that the restaurant sometimes lacks professionalism, like unprofessional behavior from staff or children running around in the kitchen. Overall, Jimmy John's offers quick service, but the quality of customer service can vary, so it’s good to manage expectations.
