the worst customer service ever. order 2 beach clubs, not made correctly. Called and was told had to bring back for an exchange. Really???
No offer for a credit for future purchase, nothing. It's not like they were busy, no cars in lot no one in drive thru. What a joke. This is how the beach club I was given, second picture from JJ FB is what it they claim it should be. Do Better Jimmy John's

I absolutely love Jimmy John’s, but every time I visit this location I get more and more disappointed and upset with the employees. I always add extra stuff on my sandwich and EVERY TIME the employees seem to not follow directions. For example, my most recent visit was today. I ordered pickup added extra stuff like I always do, clicked that I wanted mayo packets, and extra on a few of the items thats already part of the sandwich.
