Order ahead to save idling in the drive-thru! This location gets very busy, but the staff was still nice and the orders came up correctly even with the short wait.
Great service, clean establishment, good coffee.
We made a quick stop 30 min before they closed. The staff was very welcoming and didn't seem bothered we came before close.
They made our daughter a steamed milk which we were very grateful for.

When an order is not as expected, the staff will happily explain the drink and remade it to meet expectations, even keeping the original for a daughter. The barista pays amazing attention to detail, catching errors such as missing foam on a protein drink and adding it immediately. The pickup area can be busy, with long line and traffic from the southlake mall area, and sometimes customers wait over 15min or 25 min. Some drivers block the entrance, causing Kaos in the drive thru, and a truck can block the entrance for over 10min. The drive thru option can lead to long line, so customers may park and walk inside. The experience is absolutely wonderful, calm, patient, and stress‑free. customers keep coming back because the coffee tasted like it was made
