Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and small red beans and rice. Piece of chicken did not even cover half of the bun. Red beans and rice was almost all rice with very little beans and sauce. I knew their quality had gone downhill but this is the absolute worst.
They can never complete a order without forgetting 1 or 2 items. This is a regular problem. You try to call and they NEVER answer the phone. This is the evening shift. Last evening was short a small slaw and extra biscuit, tried calling no answer as usual. This evening I placed my order than showed them last nights receipt and what I was short. They Ask who I spoke too , NO ONE you all don't answer the phone. So those 2 items were not replaced. This order I get home...read full review
