worst customer service from the bartender she was very rude !! her name was aurora. i would never let her service me again!!! messed up my order twice and when i told her about it she got an attitude with us about it…she didn’t come and check on our table to see if we needed anything. kept ignoring me and my husbands table didn’t refill our drinks at all. we had to wave down another server who was in the dinning area to help us cause our server didn’t. she didn’t give us no napkins or silverware when we sat down or when our food came out. she slapped our receipt down on the table when it was time to pay and just walked away i felt very disrespected at this point cause of how she was acting to me and my husband but to everyone else she was not acting likes this. so i really had a bad time at buffalo wild wings when i went

My order was brought out wrong and then it was burnt as hell my burger was straight up black. Then my fiance got 0 utensils and the bathroom smelled awful. The toilet seat practically fell off and I'm only 140lbs when I went to pee and the balls have scum all over them.Vegetarian options: AWFUL

Waitress was nice, but everything else was awful. My girlfriend had her order delivered wrong then got it fixed then it was burnt to a crisp. It was black. Then I didn't have a fork when trying to debonair my wings so I was covered in sauce and had 2 napkins. Won't be coming back anytime soon.Vegetarian options: Be ready for a super burnt and crispy burger.

I'm actually mind blown this place has so many stars. I have never seen a restaurant this dirty.My 2 year old grabbed a rock hard fry out in the chair, a dirty hair band from a child, and there is food and garbage in the cracks of the booth. aon top of that there is half an inch of dirt on the ledges.on top of that we didn't eat touch the chicken sandwich as it looked still pink and rubbery. will not be returning

Went with a party of 4 an hour before closing and sat in the bar. Every table was dirty. The bartender that waited on us was excellent! Food was good, hot and fresh. Other than it being messy, great experience.
We waited a long time to get seated even though there weren't a lot of people. It looked like they were understaffed. The food wasn't great either. Normally the fries are really good but they were not this time. I'm very disappointed!
