Service was fast and amazing. The staff there was the best in food service in a long time. Also the food quality was exceptional as well. Please let this be the standard of the best in class service moving foward.

Not it chief. I can count ~8 tables that arent being used right. Why my group had to be crammed into the bar like sardines is beyond me

I can't believe they served me this old, hard and nasty asparagus!!

The host and the food were the only ok things, other than that the he service there is terrible. Act like they don’t want to work or help you with anything but keep slowly giving you appetizers and drinks to make the bill stack up. So much to the point we couldn’t see the added 3 things to our order without noticing. Terrible experience 3 times I tried to give them a chance each time but it’s a no-go!

A “food delivery person” messed up our order, or stole it. Hard to tell. Cleo and his staff completely took care of the entire situation. And our dinner was incredible. I was blown-away by the care they provided us. I’ll continue ordering from Chili’s! Don't let a couple bad eggs keep you from a great dinner. 100% ordering again very soon! Make sure to dine-in or pick up!

Food was 45 minutes late from projected time. Waited 20 minutes for fries so the rest of the food was cold. Drinks were watered down.

Order was scheduled for pickup at 7:44 to 7:49 PM. arrived at 8PM. I was informed someone forgot to start my ribs and it would be 5 more minutes. The order was not complete until 8:18PM. ypon arriving home the appetizer that my fiancee had ordered was cold and dry even though myr ribs were fresh. Likely due to someone forgetting to start my ribs as the .th hostess had informed me. While waiting. lspoke 3 other guests. All of them waited in excess of 20 minutes with one gentleman waiting for 45. The crew was unapologetic and the, what I can only assume, manager did not arrive to assist until food completion. Having spent a decade managing a family owned talian restaurant, ! can understand delays and even mistakes. What _ can't understand is lying about the remaining wait time and not firing a new appetizer to pair with the fresh entree that is getting ready to walk out the door. Extremely disappointed and will probably not return due to the poor staff experience and dishonesty.

Monday, August 4, 2025, Thomas provided excellent service. He was kind and intentionally attentive. He was generous with his time. He checked on me and my husband to be sure our food arrived expeditiously. Then he checked on us to be sure we liked the food. Thomas has a standard of care that makes it evident that excellent customer service is a high priority for him. The food was hot, fresh, delicious and abundant.

I ordered the pick 3 and it comes with drink, soup or salad, and a burger. I got tea, potato soup, and a bacon cheeseburger and loved the taste of everything I ordered! I did get a side of cooked mushrooms, but the fries did it for me!

The food was delicious and prepared in a timely manner!!! I didn’t receive two items that I ordered
