Waited over 15 mins to be seated. When I asked what’s the hold up cuz the place was more than half empty they replied the kitchen was backed up. So what’s that have to do with getting seated? Waited another 10 mins in front he time I got there til that point at least 4–5 families got their seats I asked why cuz it was a smaller party n the manager didn’t want to open up areas that could’ve seated us. Poor management on their part. If the kitchen was backed up n u let more ppl sit down than what was in our party makes no sense at all.. never going back there again that’s for sure

Man I really like Chili's, the menu is great and the prices are awesome. By the way, the food is good. Great family atmosphere.

Birthday diner! Was great! Drinks were brought out fast! Food was excellent!

My son chose this place for his birthday. Big mistake. Appetizer came out with food one hour later. One person at table didn't get their food until it was time to leave. We packed it to go. My cup sat empty entire night also. Very disappointing.

Please be careful before accepting total amount. They charge tip and a percentage for TAKE OUT. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

Went there Sunday may 11 in the evening. Got seated right away. Didn't see anyone else for the next 10-15 minutes. Nobody ever came over to the table. Got passed up plenty of times 🤷🏻‍♂️. Poor work ethic, poor culture. Starts from the top. So we left and I don't think anyone even noticed. People just don't care anymore and that's pretty sad. Went somewhere else and was greeted with a smile. Had an excellent dinner.

Dump. Will never attempt to go here again.

I did a pick up order. They make you either tip 20% to 25% or nothing at all so I went ahead and did 20%. I order chicken wings and they forgot the celery. Such an easy order and they failed.

It was my neice 18th birthday. Crazy but true, this is what she wanted. She has literally never been. The manager and team were awesome. It was a wait to be seated, but the food was awesome.

I just walked out of this location after sitting for 15 minutes waiting for my server to even approach my table. She was too busy taking to the guys in the back. So I figured I didn’t want to be an inconvenience to anyone and left.

One meal came out incorrectly even though the server repeated the order back to us. So one diner was almost done before the new meal arrived. There really was no apology or even concern from our server. We had to ask for all the basics like silverware and they no longer keep salt and pepper on the tables?

Never got the chance to even order. The restaurant was empty, but they said it would be an hour and a half wait to even get seated.

Service was outstanding. Food came out correct.
