Had our daughter’s birthday party here and everything was fantastic! Tim was not only fun but a huge help. Staff were all very polite and accommodating. Couldn’t have been a better experience for our birthday girl!

The place is dirty. None of the machines ever seem to be working properly when we go. There are always unattended children slamming on the machines and ruining the fun for everyone else.

We placed our order at 5:24p and I am sitting here typing at 6:37p and no food. Was refunded and promised food, none! Total incompetence from the management staff. This will be the LAST time I ever come to any Chuck E. Cheese. What a shame as I grew up here, but they are worthless now. Terrible food and terrible service. Also had to get the cards recharged as that went wrong too! We paid for 90 mins and got 43 mins.UPDATE: Everything makes sense. Manager is too busy from 7:13-7:19p sitting in his car smoking as I left the establishment and waiting on my kids to finish their paid time and observed him in his blue ford explorer.
Great place! It has been updated and was really fun taking my 5 kids. They had food to order and unlimited playing arcades and games for a certain price and hour.

Imma be real. Went to my little cousins birthday party here. I’m a 19 year old and had a blast! Whoever played chucky was amazing! Very nice to us older kids and especially with the little ones!! Staff was also very sweet.
Greatly improved since the last time we came, however halfway through our 2 hour unlimited play pass, a half pizza, breadsticks, fries, meatballs, and 4 drinks were cleared with no notice... Maybe a sales technique to sell more food and beverages? ?

I usually plan to go as early as possible to get there before the crowd. We were later than I wanted, and we made it around 2pm. To my surprise, it was not as busy as I thought for a Saturday; although it was busy. It was very well maintained. They had plenty of workers and cleaned as soon as someone left, and they kept the drink area well maintained. We have always enjoyed the pizza. We had a great time.
