I remember the experience as a kid in the 90’s. We always had a blast. Then it got bad for a longtime and by the time I had my own kids Chuck E Cheese wasn’t on the list of places I preferred taking them. I have to say, my mind is changed now. I don’t know who took over the company but they really got Chuck E back on the right track. The fun pass is genius and definitely pays for itself. Always get the time pass rather than points. We booked a birthday party for my daughter at Chuck E. Cheese and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The kids had a blast, everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was full of fun. A special shoutout to the manager, Timothy, who was absolutely world-class. He went above and beyond to take care of our group and made sure every detail was perfect. You can really tell he cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

Went for my daughter’s birthday, it was nice. I think if you don’t want your kids around possible 🍃from other people (not the employees) try an earlier time before 6:30. I think it was a lot for the employees with the parties so I did have to get my own pizza and so it didn’t come out with everyone else’s but that’s okay. All in all the shift I bad Toni was doing their best. And were kind.
