Upon our arrival, we received exceptional service from our server, Taylor. She performed admirably, introducing herself, recommending appetizers, and demonstrating extensive knowledge of the food and beverage offerings. Her service was consistently prompt and timely. The bartender also contributed to an outstanding experience. The meal itself was superb, with portion sizes exceeding expectations. We extend our gratitude to Freddy, the chef. Overall, the entire team, including the culinary staff, our server, and the bartender, delivered an impressive performance this evening. We would also like to acknowledge the outstanding contributions of Manager Patrick, who diligently made rounds, engaging with guests at their tables to ensure a wonderful experience.

Me and my husband went for dinner and drinks. Had the pleasure of meeting a young lady named Cyliena, she had a great vibe and you can really tell she enjoys her job. Very social and funny! Definitely a keeper!

We ordered off of Grub hub and our food was just terrible. My short rib was just chuck roast, it was dry, the sauce was bitter , and I know its wine sauce , I know how to cook , so I know what it should taste like. My wife's filet was undercooked and she couldn't eat it. The deserts were ok , but the entree's were just awful. I don't know if the quality issues were because we order delivery, but I will never eat at a Coopers Hawk again.

I went with my mother to a members dinner last night and it was so much fun! I highly recommend going if you’re a member. There were games and prizes you could win! We got to try the new wine of the month Gold Rush and for dinner I got an amazing steak! Also, I got to sit next to Miss Charletta who helped with the dinner and games and she did amazing bringing the amazing energy to the dinner!

Ms Charletta & Asha were two of the greatest people i encountered on my visit to cooper hawk Merrillville location!!! She made my experience 10x easier, faster, and enjoyable. It also was my birthday and she made me feel very special! I love these people and this location! Will be back… and I’M a MEMBER!!!! Come be a two bottle member like me

Amazing Anthony and his team are amazing Southwest eggrolls are delicious, country rigatoni delicious and parmesan crusted filet trio looked amazing as well

Food: haven't had a single complaint about food quality. Matter of fact this is my new go to when traveling on buisness.

Service: wait staff is good. The kitchen staff is just slow and indifferent. Tried ordering takeout on a few occasions only to be put on hold for over 15 min only to have someone pick up and say its going to be at least another 5 minutes before they can talk. This was not happy hour or dinner rush.
The food quality, menue and recipes are excellent!

We had a reservation and there were several families with later reservations seated bwfire us. Very unorganized and not kind at the hostess station. When we asked they kept telling us our table wasn't ready but thry continued to seat others before us.

I went to Cooper's Hawk to do a wine pick up on Friday, March 20th and I had the most pleasant experience with a staff named Max. His customer service was excellent, rendering professionalism, positive energy, kindness and overall great service. I told him that I will be looking for and requesting him to assist me on my future visits.

Went here last week for the time and I will absolutely be a returning customer ! I brought my kids, one being 3 who can be tough in a restaurant but Monica was not only patient she an angel with my youngest. My whole family loved our food and our server!

Max opened a whole new world of wine up for my wife and I! We did a wine tasting! Amazing suggestions, super friendly and very knowledgeable! Highly suggest asking for max!
