I will say, we were a little disorganized when we ordered through the drive through. However, the Culver's employee never repeated the order back to me to confirm, nor did the screen show our order. We got the wrong flavor for one custard item, they completely forgot one item and didn't make one order a meal, then didn't put one item on the order at all. I pointed out the forgotten item and the employee went and got it. I ended up parking and going in and ordering the item that was not on the order in person, to go. Staff seemed very unenthused to be there. Women's bathroom was a MESS. The food was delicious, thankfully.

I was given blue cheese on my salad which I requested none and had the receipt to prove it also called and nothing was resolved was told door dash picked up wrong order but had my name on the receipt so I'm done. Thanks!

This Culver’s location has sadly gone downhill since they first opened. I knew I’d be over here so I did some curdside pickup in advance. Got there, checked in, and waited. And waited. And waited.
I ended up having to call and be like what’s going on here, I’ve been in the parking lot for 20 mins since the projected time the food would be ready. They brought it out immediately and it was cold, the ice cream melted. So it had been sitting out for 20 mins and nobody brought it out. My burger was sloppy and thrown together and mushy, and they didn’t give napkins for it either.
Just disappointing.

On this day that my family and I went, everything was great except one thing. It was extremely warm inside! Maybe I should say hot in there. The whole restaurant was super warm! It felt like a sauna! It was very uncomfortable to eat in there. Other customers mentioned it to the employees also. I know it's a bit cold outside but it almost made me want to go eat outside in the car.. we had to hurry up and eat to leave lol

Im actually changing my 4**** to 2 ** The manager does not care about customers neither does her crew. Me and my husband sat there for about 25 to 30 minutes waiting on our food got it home it was cold which means that we was just standing there and you guys paid no attention to our food. We paid and we still sat and waited and our food was waiting to. I was trying to get a bag for my two custards that I bought and the worker ignored me and walk right past me like she didn't hear me I said excuse me a couple of times and was still ignored. I will be going to another culvers.This place sucks!!!
Let’s put it this way you could believe this review and avoid this place or go there and find it to be true. Either way the likelihood of them doing anything other than poor service is highly unlikely.

DIRTY!!!! I get it, young people are mostly the ones who employee "fast good" But who's managing this place! Why are All the uniforms so Nasty! The place is full of Culver's employees, but None are PRESENT! All in a daze! 2 milkshakes took them 20 minutes. They all have gloves on work clean up and make your food!!! ALL IN THE SAME GLOVES!!! I will be contacting Merrillville city Hall the health inspector SOMEBODY!! !! This place is ECOLI!!! Waiting to HAPPEN! No one has their hair combed and NO CAPS on. Trash all over the floor ... wow I could go on and on. It's like Culver's meets the Projects!! Sad
