The waiter for just two concrete mixers at the drive thru was over 15 minutes. There were only two others cars waiting ahead of us and the parking lot wasn’t very full. You have to do better. The only reason for the 1 star is that the young lady who took our payment at the window was very pleasant.

I ordered a double burger only to get home and find out it was a single. Drove back they remade the order and gave me another single burger. The staff and cook are incompetent and I will not patronize this business again nobody even mentioned compensation for my inconvenience as if this is normal operation

I haven't been to this location in awhile. The lines are always to long. Tonight I ordered a double burger deluxe. First bite nothing but salt. Can't even eat it cause its too salty. I have never had a burger this salty ever!

It’s a Culver’s. You know what you’re getting! Great cheeseburgers and fries, we normally stop while driving cross-country north or south - it’s conveniently just off the highway. Always a good option!

I spent more time waiting for my food than it took my husband to sign paperwork at CarMax! Burger is smaller than in the past. Plus after all that waiting my burger and curds were not even HOT
