Pulled up to the drivethru order speaker at 9:51pm on Wednesday September 3rd, I knew they closed at 10pm so I was trying to get there in time after leaving the ER and needing food before taking medication. When I pulled up the drivethru worker immediately loudly stated “We’re closed!” To which I said “I thought you closed at 10pm?” She said yeah but their computers are already shut down. I told her I had just left the ER and did they just have any food left they could sell? And she said “no, sorry.” Well, there was a vehicle at the drivethru window waiting. People: you don’t get to go home at the time the restaurant you work at closes - you stop serving at that time. I drove 4 minutes away to Chick Fil A, who also close at 10pm. They made me a milkshake and fries before they closed at 10pm and they weren’t sassy about it.

I went twice. One time I went and got a root beer and it was half full and I called them, they ask what you want me to do. I wanted to let them know to full the drink up all the way. I didn't go for 6 months and went back. I had my driver get lunch. They pull her car and only brought out the shake and not the food. Minutes later, the food got brought out and there were no fries, ( she had asked for the meal.) They were not happy about bringing them out for her. Looking at the fries, it looked like someone had dumped salt all over them. 14$ for a meal? No, thank you, will not be going back.

Ordered...did not get anything made correctly. 3 orders messed up. Was told they were going to remake everything. Waited 10min and went to the counter to find out they never remade anything. Then, had to wait another 10min for the reorder to be made. 1 of the reorders was still wrong. First and last visit to this location.

Had the worst experience at this Culver’s the other day. I ordered two single scoops at the drive thru, one the flavor of the day with hot fudge and the other vanilla with hot fudge. Got to the window. The guy took my kids scoop coupons and looked annoyed that we had them in the first place. Then we pulled forward. Countless cars were delivered their food after us. Two of the guys delivering food try to hand us random bags of food because they weren’t sure probably why we were still waiting. We told both of the guys that we’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes and ordered two scoops. They went inside and came out with food for more people. I went inside only to not be apologized to for the time wasted or anything like that and a scoop that had no hot fudge and magic shell. The chocolate covered strawberry was not even blended. Usually a spot I love to go but horrible experience. I don’t recommend it
