Dunkin' Donuts in Merrillville

“This is my Dunkin' of choice in the area. In my opinion, they cook the food the best, items are always available, coffee is always perfect, and the drive-through employees are always friendly. I pulled up one day, and the drive-thru line stretched down the street, I was worried I'd be late for work, but I can't run without my Dunkin, so I waited. I was out of there in less than 4 minutes, with no loss of quality or customer service. I don't know what sorcery is taking place in there, but this location is working like a well-oiled machine. Great job guys, thank you for serving this community.“

“Every time I come here the service is pleasant, came again to ask if they could fix the problem from another Dunkin I came from on 61st Hobart, they were super busy and the lady still managed to take care of my messed up from another Dunkin in such fast timing! Kudos to broadway keep up the good work and keep that pleasant service!“

“Iced coffee is always decent. Had a turkey egg and cheese croissant which was okay. Hashbrowns looked a bit weird didn't really taste fresh and I'm not sure if they count them or not but they definitely seemed a bit short. But maybe they count the number that goes in each although I've never heard of that.. idk.. service was good. Ordered through mobile app. Got 2 chocolate chip cookies which were overpriced but pretty good.“
