It's looks abandoned. we waited 42 minutes for our food, and it was still cold ??♀️ this was my 1st, and last time eating Harold's chicken ? church's chicken ? for me please
I absolutely love Harold's chicken! I tried it for the first time in Chicago 15 years ago, and they've had me as a customer ever since. This particular location is good, but the service is a little rough at times. Sometimes, it's like calling a radio show to be the 10th caller to win. The line is either busy or just keeps ringing. I don't go there for the people, I go there for the food!
I guess Harold’s ran out of regular wings because when I opened I wasn’t expecting baby wings. However they gave me a few more, just a heads up would have been nice. Please trim the branches leading to the drive thru so my car doesn’t get scratched. The food was still good, two sauces should be automatic l!Thanks
