Not a great experience. My server was really nice. The manager Victoria is not accommodating at all. My child got sick abruptly. We had to leave before the food was done. Had the server make everything to go. They forgot some of my food, after being on hold forever…. Victoria told me that I can’t come in tomorrow and get my missing items. I have to come back tonight. 9pm on a school night. God forbid you have an emergency and have to take care of your kid and finally get to eat later on and find out you are missing items. Dinner is in the garbage. I wanted all of the food that I paid for. After traveling cross country all day, I’m going to bed hungry. Thanks Victoria! Thank you Longhorn ❤️

One of my favorite spots to eat at. My husband and I enjoyed our food. Me and my husband came from North Carolina visiting family to see how the Merrillville, IN location was. Food was excellent. I must say our first encounter was not only the person that sat us. We had a wonderful waitress that made sure everything was up to par. Her name was Patrice and I only remember because of her smile and I have a little sister with the same name.

We always have a wonder lunch at LongHorn Merrillville. The renegade sirloin and broccoli is our favorite. Liz is the best server. She is kind attentive and our order always comes out perfect. We will definitely be back for lunch and request Liz!

I reside in Texas and am in Merrillville for business. My birthday was last month so I decided to eat at one of my favorite steak chains, Longhorn Steak House as I love their molten lava cake desert. This was the main reason why I decided to eat here instead of Texas Roadhouse. It was a huge mistake! I ordered the fire grilled t-bone. When I saw it I was happy as it was so big it looked like their porterhouse. My first bite made my happiness quickly disappear. . It was so salty that I had to drink a lot of tea to get the taste out of my mouth. I have had this steak before at many Texas Longhorns and always enjoyed this cut of meat until I came to this location. I am so mad at myself for not sending it back and asking for no seasoning on another steak. Long story short the Molten lava cake desert was still excellent. Now I’m wondering if the next time I go to a Longhorns, I need to ask for little to no seasoning on my steaks. Maybe there won’t be a next time as I’ve never had a bad steak at Texas Roadhouse or Saltgrass.

Steak was not cooked to temperature desired and when sent back, the steak was horrible. I think the server could have showed more concern than im sorry. Extra step could have been taken. Wasn't looking for a free meal either.

It was a lot going on that Tues They sat six of us at a table that offered our group no elbow room The excuse was they wanted to save that table in case a bigger group came...... On a Tues yea no They didn't give us bread right away, they were out of key things on a menu, and they tried to make up for it. They were understaffed and neglected us service It really effected the tip we gave however the staff was friendly and courteous
food was as expected . Service was not good. like she didn't want to be there. didn't even offer the table water or bread and we waited just to see after orders taken. still no offer.

Ordered curbside and waited like the text said. Food was late, but that can happen. Food was cold and one item was not there. Another item was so salty it was inedible. My wife and I have had many take out meals in our over 36 years of marriage, easily the worst. Wanted something nice while out of town. This was not it.
