Horrible customer service. Don't even bother if you want your order to arrive by a certain date. "Thank you for your patience"....
This review is about the tub of bake at home cookie dough sold at Sam's Club and not the pre-baked cookies sold in stores and online.
I write this review hoping Mrs. Fields customer support will become aware there is extreme difficulty opening the packaging and that they will make the necessary adjustments so other customers are not frustrated to the point of tossing the whole tub in the trash as I almost did.
