The worst food I ever had. I ordered three meals from their last night exactly at 9:03 PM and me and my family has been to the hospital for food poisoning. I wouldn’t recommend my dog to go there.

They can do better with drive thru communication because I order a bigger plate that was supposed to be Mushroom chicken, Beef and broccoli, and sirloin steak.. but instead I got a very unreasonable amount of two plates with just beef and broccoli and Sirloin steak.. the food is good as far st the taste but they have to be aware to not be negligent on orders and have the proper communication when doing drive thru service..

The Store closes at 9:30pm and I was inside the store at 9:08pm
I just left from the store and was NOT greeted at all not by any team members. So when the lady with all these buttons on her hat with the purple hair finally looked up, she said Fin can you check the door they're supposed to be locked. I said are you closed she said yes the lobby, but the drive thru is open her customer service was HORRIBLE. All she had to do was welcome me since I was in the store but she chose to take a different approach. I just walked out at this point because of her POOR customer service. Treat everyone with a welcome because you just never know when the CEO will come in.

I asked if they can make some fried rice for my 2 yr old daughter without egg due to allergy issues .
They told me no ! I was pretty upset because the Highland Location always makes it for my fams . Didn’t really appreciate that it’s not like they were closing any time soon.

The boxes that the food comes in is getting smaller and smaller. I would have been able to feed 3 people. The boxes are so small, I can only feed two. I will never come back again. Even the red box got small too. This place is getting cheap with the food. You will loose customers. Starting with me .

I ordered my food Wednesday and while I was eating, I noticed there was two maggots in my food and I was so disgusted. I called corporate and no one answered, at this point I’m going to call the health department and file a lawsuit against panda for this.

My rice was mushy so I brought it back and the lady at the window was upset “Stephanie D” she proceeded to ask if I wanted a refund or remake the food. I asked her only remake it if there is fresh rice! She remade it with the same rice so I came back rolled my window down she says “just give me the food” she didn’t know what I was going to say I could be asking for a fork! So I gave her the drink as well then I said don’t worry about the other drink but her attitude was so bad I told her yea refund the other drink she ignored me and did the refund and came to the window and said only 1 refund is allowed sorry! So I ask for the manager and Sheila comes to the window and states they are running a business without a manager just a person in charge so I explain to her what happen and she didn’t care! There is a camera there and I’d like the person in charge of store 1472 to get in touch with me ASAP

First off, I was told they don’t give samples! Since when? I only wanted to taste the sesame chicken but the counter girl was not nice about it at all
Next, there was exactly 1 clean table at lunchtime
