This evening we arrived at 9:00pm and was told that because the restaurant closes at 9:30 pm the menu was limited and only had fried rice, chow mein and beef. If a restaurant closes at 9:30pm how do you not at least have chicken and other options available. This is totally unacceptable.

I did an online catering order to be delivered to my job for a meeting. The DoorDash driver left more than half of my order at the restaurant🥴. The manager called me immediately and had one of her workers to bring it to me right away and stayed in contact with me to ensure delivery. That was so appreciated and I’m grateful for their customer service

The service here is really great. Recently placed an online order which for some reason didn’t appear in their system. A woman who I believe was the manager ended up getting my order info and personally made my plate and ran it out to my car. The employees seem very nice and the food was really good and fresh. Thank you, I will definitely be back!

The food if you can call it that was AWFUL!!! Was supposed to be Grilled Teriyaki Chicken with rice. I don't know what part of a chicken that could have come from, but I have never had anything taste so horrible. I have to throw it out and hope I don't get ill from what I did try to eat. Would never ever recommend the Merrillville Indiana Panda Express.
