La Carreta Mexican Restaurant & Bar offers a consistently great dining experience. The menu features flavorful horchata, well-seasoned meat dishes, and delicious Carne Asada and Chorizo. The authentic atmosphere and great drinks create an enjoyable ambiance. The corn tortillas are amazing and taste like they are made in the tortillería. The enchilada with real mole sauce is perfect. Prices are reasonable, and the restaurant has ample free parking in a strip mall setting. The staff is excellent and accommodating, though they may not provide refunds for partially consumed meals.
