I've been a loyal customer for over five years and usually love Panera's sandwiches, soups, and bagels. Unfortunately, my latest lunch experience was highly disappointing. The corn chowder I received was completely solid-so dry that it stayed stuck to the bowl when turned totally upside down. I showed the manager a picture of this unappetizing meal, and though he

The food, service and dining room were all great. The bathrooms are in need of remodeling (and better cleaning). For a fast casual chain that puts an emphasis on healthy eating with an inviting, well thought out atmosphere, it’s surprising the bathroom quality is so poor.
Ordered the avo egg white sandwich; was charged full price/not told that they were out of avocado. Smoothie wasn’t very smooth at all.
