Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The worst Red Robin Merrillville, in the area. Twice we dined in and didn't receive refills on fries or pop. Placed a $35 order, 2 burger meals and both burgers were messed up, not made as requested. The manager said a refund on our debit card was given, it wasn't. Didn't receive a refund. Avoid this Red Robin location.

Our waitress Tiara was the Best, Friendly, Kind and Excellent Service. She was very knowledgeable able the menu and helpful.
This was my first time but not my last. ❤️

Britt is amazing waitress. Always has smile in her face as well as the greeters at the door. We love our speckled lemonades which is what brought us in today. . We are repeat offenders. Today she had our drinks and appetizers on the table by the time our butts hit the seat pretty much. She even had refills for drinks without being asked.

Service was really slow and we had to ask for everything at least twice.

You could say I’m a Red Robin original. Been coming here for 15 plus years no joke. Easily the best spot to eat around the area. Service is top tear especially Britt and Mrs. Chris Blue! Britt always has a contagious positive personality! Food came out quickly and tasted great. 10/10 would recommend.

Britt is an AMAZING waitress!!! She makes sure your food and drinks are correct, she always has a smile on her face. I come in here a lot and the majority of the time I have her as my waitress. She never disappoints with her smile and her kindness!

Excellent staff, service, and atmosphere. Will be returning again.

Adam was an amazing server! Gave great conversation, fast service, and hooked it up in every way he could. Will be requesting him as our server every time we come in from now on!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Red Robin. As soon as my boyfriend and I walked in the door, the hostess was nowhere to be found, and when she did see us, she walked away and came back to tell us they only had tables available. No greeting, no smile from anyone. We told her that was fine and she took us to a table that had not been cleaned off yet. There were 4 booths open that we could see, as well as several clean tables. A bus boy cleaned our table and we asked to be moved to one of the open booths. He said he would check and after several minutes, he came back and pointed to one that had no working light over it. We moved and sat for 10 minutes watching and waiting for our waitress, Jessica, to acknowledge us, but she did not. She walked by us several times and did not look at us once. We stopped her and asked if we could get drinks and she was annoyed and rude telling us she’d seen us sit down “a couple minutes ago, but she was really busy.” We ordered a sprite and raspberry lemonade, both of which were so watered down they barely had any taste. We ordered food and had to request fries for the table, which I’ve never had to do. The fries that were dropped on our table were lukewarm, dry, and over cooked, there was no possible way they were fresh or even cooked within the last hour. We’d had enough so we cancelled our order and let the manager know about our experience. She apologized, but also didn’t seem at all concerned.

Mine and my girlfriend’s server was Raqueesha and she did a phenomenal job! Great attitude, friendly, easy to talk to, and very polite. Food was good too

The beer list is out of date. Few taps to choose from. They seat people way too close to one another in an empty restaurant. Fries were cold and stale. Burger have shrunk in size. Disappointed. Not coming back
