Hosted my sister’s celebration of life here on a Saturday afternoon. We rented the venue for 3 hours over 3k. The kitchen staff began to pack up and put food away after only 1 hour of the reception. When I asked why, I was told she needed to send her staff home. There was still a ton of food left, when I asked if they could pack it up at least for my brother in law to take back to his house for his guests, they said they had no containers.
